How to set your availability

Your availability calendar

Your availability calendar is one of SoloFlo's most powerful features. When it's switched on, promoters can see exactly when and where you're available before they even send a request.

Adding availability

Go to the Calendar page. Click any date to add availability for that day or a range of dates. You can set:

  • Which region you're available in (e.g. Europe, UK, North America)
  • Which specific country within that region
  • A label to remind yourself what the availability is for (e.g. "UK summer run", "European tour")
  • An end date for multi-day availability blocks

Blocking dates

Click any date and switch to the Block availability tab. Blocked dates show as unavailable on your public calendar — useful for personal commitments, travel days, or dates you're holding for a specific booking.

Turning on your public calendar

Your public calendar is off by default. When you're ready to share your availability with promoters, switch it on from the Calendar page using the Public availability calendar toggle in the right sidebar.

When it's on, promoters visiting your booking link can see your availability by region and country — so you only hear from people who know you're actually free.

Private calendar link

You also have a private calendar link that works even when your public calendar is off. Share this with trusted contacts — managers, agents, or regular promoters — so they can always check your availability privately.
