How to share your booking link and get your first request

Getting your first booking request through SoloFlo is easier than you think

Here's how to make it happen.

Step 1 — Make sure your profile is set up

Before sharing your link, check:

  • Your artist name is correct (Profile → Settings)
  • Your availability is added for the coming months
  • Your public calendar is switched on
  • Your booking terms are filled in (optional but recommended — things like your standard fee, deposit requirement, travel terms)

Step 2 — Share your link

Copy your booking link from Profile → Settings or the Calendar page. Put it in your Instagram bio, email signature, and anywhere else promoters might look you up.

Step 3 — When a request comes in

You'll get a notification when a promoter submits a booking request. Go to your Bookings page to review it. You'll see their event details, proposed date, venue and location.

From there you can:

  • Accept and move to the SoloFlo Booking stage (contract, deposit, invoice)
  • Negotiate — counter-offer on the fee or timings
  • Decline if it's not right for you

Step 4 — Activate a SoloFlo Booking

Once you're happy with the terms, activate a SoloFlo Booking. The contract goes out automatically, the deposit request is sent, and your invoice is scheduled. You're confirmed and protected before you pack your bag.
