Help Centre
Your contract has been sent for e-signature but the promoter hasn't signed. Until the contract is signed, the booking isn't formally secured.
Step 1 — Check if they've opened it
In your booking, the Contract section shows whether the promoter has viewed the contract but not yet signed. If they've opened it, they've seen it — a follow-up is appropriate. If they haven't opened it, check the email address is correct.
Step 2 — Follow up directly
Message or call the promoter. Ask if they've received the contract and if they have any questions about the terms. Sometimes it's simply sitting in their inbox untouched.
Step 3 — Don't confirm the booking until it's signed
We strongly recommend not proceeding with a booking — blocking the date, turning down other work, making travel arrangements — until the contract is signed. A signed contract is your protection.
Step 4 — Set a signing deadline
Let the promoter know you need the contract signed by a specific date or you'll need to release the date. This creates urgency without being aggressive.
SoloFlo cannot force a promoter to sign a contract. If a promoter refuses to sign and you have already provided services, this becomes a legal matter between you and them. We recommend seeking independent legal advice if significant money is involved.
