How SoloFlo Bookings work

What is a SoloFlo Managed Booking?

A SoloFlo Booking is the managed process that handles your contract, deposit and invoice for a single booking. Each SoloFlo Booking uses one credit from your plan — or costs £7 on the Starter plan.

Contract

A professional DJ contract is generated using the booking details and your custom terms. It's sent to the promoter for e-signature. You can see in real time when they've viewed it and when both parties have signed.

Deposit

A deposit request is sent automatically. You can collect it via SoloFlo Pay (card payment) or by invoice. The deposit amount is based on the terms you set. Once paid, the booking is secured.

Invoice

Your balance invoice is prepared with your agreed fee already populated. Add any extra line items — travel buyout, rider, miscellaneous costs — then set the date you want it sent. SoloFlo sends it automatically on that date.

Guestlist

Build and manage your guestlist directly in the booking. Add names, save your list, and send it to the promoter when you're ready.

Negotiation

Need to agree the final fee or timings before confirming? Use the Negotiation tool to send and receive counter-offers — all documented in one place, nothing lost in a message thread.

What does the promoter experience?

The promoter receives professional, branded communications from your SoloFlo booking. They can sign the contract online, pay the deposit by card, and receive their guestlist — all without needing a SoloFlo account.

Tip

You can also add a booking manually from the Bookings page — useful for gigs you've already agreed verbally and want to bring into SoloFlo for the contract and payment stage.
