How to manage a guestlist

SoloFlo's guestlist feature lets you build, manage and send your guestlist directly from your booking — so there's no scrambling for a spreadsheet the night before.

Go to your booking and open the Guestlist section. Add names one by one or in bulk. You can save your list and come back to add more names at any time right up until the night.

When you're ready, send your guestlist directly to the promoter from the booking. They receive a clean, professional list they can forward to the venue or door person.

Need to add a last-minute name? You can update your list and resend it to the promoter at any time.

All guestlist activity is logged in your booking — you can always see what was sent, when, and to whom.
