SoloFlo Pay lets you collect deposits and payments by card — directly through your booking, without chasing bank transfers.
When you activate a SoloFlo Booking, you can choose to collect the deposit via SoloFlo Pay. The promoter receives a secure payment link and can pay by card online. Once paid, the deposit is confirmed and your booking is secured.
SoloFlo Pay charges an all-in percentage fee on each transaction — your current rate is shown in your account settings under Payments. The rate includes all Stripe processing costs, so there are no additional fees on top.
Payouts are processed by Stripe and typically arrive in your bank account within 2–3 business days, depending on your Stripe account setup.
No — SoloFlo Pay is optional. You can also request deposits by invoice and collect payment via bank transfer or any other method you prefer. SoloFlo Pay is simply the fastest and most secure option.
Yes. All card payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. SoloFlo never stores your card details or your promoter's card details.
Go to Profile → Payments to connect your Stripe account. It takes around 5 minutes and requires your bank details and some basic identity verification from Stripe.
